 We offer deep tissue massage therapy designed to target deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This treatment is ideal for relieving chronic pain, tension, and muscle stiffness, promoting improved mobility and long-lasting relief.

Taking time to relax is something that can always be helpful for your muscles.

  Having a massage strictly for relaxation doesn’t mean it has to be light pressure; it can be as deep as you would like and just like any other treatment, the therapist will be sure to ask if you require more or less pressure.  

Sports Massage is used before, during, and after sporting events. The purpose of the massage is to improve athlete’s performance by warming up muscles, improving blood flow and reducing fatigue after a game. It is also used to decrease swelling, reduce muscle tension, increase flexibility and ultimately to prevent injuries. 

A healthy lymphatic flow is essential in healthy body metabolism, detoxification and regeneration of tissues as well as to help maintaining a strong immune system.

For expecting or new moms, staying fit and healthy is not just trendy, but essential for mother and baby.

 Therapeutic cupping for muscle pain and tension, the suction of cupping increases circulation and triggers a localized response of the immune system. It also decompresses tight fascia, which is the sheath that wraps around various muscle groups. Essentially, the effect of the suction leads to a “release” of the taut muscles.
